a) breach or violate of these Terms or other G2K Trust agreements or guidelines, b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, c) a request by contributor, d) unexpected technical issues or problems or, e) extended periods of inactivity.

Payment Gateway:

If one is intend to make a contribution through the payment gateway, please be aware that the payment gateway services are provided by a third party and are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by that third party.In the event of a violation of any of such third party's terms and conditions while making contributions, G2K Trust shall not be held liable for any such errors or default while making contributions.

Indemnification

By accepting these terms, one is considered agreeing to indemnify and otherwise hold harmless G2K Trust from incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from the use of the services.

Governing Law/Dispute Resolution

The contract shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Trichy shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to try and suit, proceedings in connection therewith/in that behalf. Any disputes under this agreement, which cannot be settled by negotiation, may be resolved exclusively by arbitration and shall be held in Trichy and conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof. Subject to the foregoing, the courts of law in Trichy alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters relating to the agreement.The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding.
